Holly received her Bachelor of Science degree in Music Business from Bradley University in 1992. She later went on to receive her MBA with a concentration in International Business from the same university. Soon after completing her MBA, Holly Balogh began working at Accenture Ltd, formerly Andersen Consulting. as a Deployment Manager for eRecruiting. In this role, she was responsible for creating and managing the deployment planning process for eRecruiting which is the web solution developed for recruiting for Accenture’s global human resource personnel.
Over the next 8 years, Holly took on multiple roles such as CIO Strategic Product Manager: Project Horizon, Product Infrastructure Manager, and Senior Project and Program Manager: Global Incident and Request Management. She refined her leadership skills through her global responsibilities and personnel management on all products, including hiring and termination. She established some human resource tools for call centers located in many different global cities such as Sydney, Dublin, and Kuala Lumpur.
After spending some time at Accenture, Holly Balogh went on to become the Vice President of Customer Service at OneWest.net. She was responsible for the company’s call center that served 17,000 customers located nationwide, managed human resources, and advised the CEO and CFO on employment trends. Holly also was responsible for personnel performance and vendor and contract negotiation. She was able to use Six Sigma tools to improve profitability and was responsible for the management and negotiation of the budget for customer service and human resources sections.
In 2004, Holly Balogh became the Executive Leadership Consultant for the company The Cavalry West. She provided consulting in human resources, customer service, financial services, and sales to chambers of commerce and companies in the state of Montana. After spending about a year and a half in this role, Holly became a Technical Project Manager at EnerCrest, Inc. in 2006. She was responsible for providing technical program and project management of employees. Holly managed the implementation, testing, and training for the HR, accounting, and CRM applications for over 180 employees. During her three years at this company, Holly managed a $250,000 project to develop a web-enabled proprietary tool for the oil and gas industry.
From 2011 to 2016, Holly was the Chief Operating Officer for Recovery Database Network (RDN) which is a software as a service (SAAS) company. From there, Holly Balogh went on to find her current role at RISC. She also holds an active real estate license in the State of Wyoming and has bought and sold properties throughout Teton County, WY in the last 10 years.
Over the years, Holly Balogh’s interest in snow sports and summer marathon running expanded to triathlon when she experienced a serious ski injury that resulted in a broken fibula. Being sidelined for running and skiing forced her into the pool and on the bike where she suddenly realized she had a talent for all three sports. Fully immersed into endurance triathlon led her to a passion that, despite ongoing illness and injury, she continued with a focus on being the best she could and rose to the top of her age group. She was able to have the privilege of racing at the Ironman World Championships in Kona 2 times.
Holly has competed in the Bear Lake Ultra Distance triathlon where she was the overall winner, beating the first-place male by 30 minutes. She has also completed a 100-mile ultra-marathon in 27 hours, a 50 miler in 15 hours, and the amazing rim-to-rim-to-rim 50-mile independent run across the Grand Canyon in the past two years.
Holly has two children who she enjoys spending time with and watching them play their favorite sports. Aside from her athletic passions, Holly Balogh plays the flute locally with the Jackson Hole Community Band as well as with the Jackson Hole Symphony Orchestra and other groups, churches, and theaters when the need and opportunity arises.
